2023 saw the introduction of the Talent Store at Glee. Designed for up-and-coming retailers in the garden industry, the talent store is a crash course in visual merchandising and branding, giving participants the chance to learn from experts across the retail industry. The program consisted of a training day, group project, and on-site competition.
